Warranty & Returns
Limited Warranty
The products manufactured by VigorPool ("Warrantor") are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. This warranty is effective as of the date of purchase by the user ("Purchaser").
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and performance. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. In the event of a gift or resale, the customer must go through the original purchaser in order to claim the warranty. Original order information is required to claim the warranty. If the original order was shipped within the United States, the purchaser would be responsible for additional shipping charges outside the United States.
Please Note: Manufactures, suppliers, or publishers other than VigorPool.com will not be covered by VigorPool's limited material and workmanship warranty or VigorPool's Limited Performance Warranty. However, they may provide their own warranties to you. Please contact them for further information.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for all VigorPool products is 24 months. This warranty is effective as of the date of purchase by the user ("Purchaser").
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
1. Incorrect handling, modification of the product, or installation.
2. Replacement or addition, replenishment, handling, natural elements (weather), the impact of solid objects, or intentional damage.
3. Products not purchased from the official channel (www.vigorpool.com).
4. Purchases without valid proof of purchase.
5. Lost or stolen products.
6. Free products.

Warranties should be made in writing to the Warrantor and include a copy of the sales invoice or order confirmation email and a description of the defect/loss of performance within the warranty period. The Warrantor does not accept the return of VigorPool products without a prior written request.
1. Claim your warranty on vigorpool.com: https://www.vigorpool.com/warranty. Write to our VigorPool customer service team at support@vigorpool.com, and attach a video along with the description of the defect/loss of performance.
2. Within 5 business days of the date of notification, the Warrantor will provide the Purchaser with an RMA number and the location to which the Purchaser must return the VigorPool products.
3. VigorPool will replace defective items within 15 business days of confirmation of receipt at our warehouse. The final resolution will be subject to the availability of the replacement item.
Return
We offer FREE returns on all orders!
At VigorPool, we work hard to ensure that you have a great shopping experience with us. For products purchased directly from our online store, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days along with the original packaging as long as it is new, undamaged, and unmodified. If your item does not meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange. Special authorization is required for return requests outside of 30 days.
Refund
After you return the product to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days. You'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.
If you don't receive the refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support@vigorpool.com.
