Can I use and charge my VigorPool power station at the same time?
A: Yes, all of our products support pass-through charging. But we don't suggest using it this way very frequently as it will reduce the battery life.
How do I know if the VigorPool power station can run my device? And how long will it run?
A: First, you need to check out your device's operating power (measured by watts). If it is less than the output power of your VigorPool's AC port, it can be supported by a VigorPool power station. Then, you can calculate the charging time with the following formula: Working time = VigorPool's Watt-Hours * 0.85 / operating power of your device.
Please note the actual power consumption varies based on many factors.
If you have any more questions, please reach out to us via support@vigorpool.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
How should I store and charge the VigorPool power station if I don't use it for a long time?
A: For long-term storage (more than 3 months), the battery needs to be maintained at 50% of the rated capacity (recharged once every 3 months), stored in a dry and cool place at a temperature range between 0°C (32°F) and 40°C (104°F), and kept away from fire, heat sources, and corrosive substances.
Can I use third-party solar panels or accessories?
A: We don't suggest using third-party solar panels or accessories. VigorPool's warranty does not cover any damage caused by third-party solar panels or accessories.
Can I take the VigorPool power station on a plane?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot. According to FAA regulations, any battery you take on board should not exceed 100Wh. External chargers or power banks are also considered a battery. They should not surpass a capacity of 27000mAh, or in other words, 100Wh.
Can I jump-start a car using VigorPool?
A: You cannot jump-start a car with a VigorPool power station because the current needed for jump-starting a car is higher than 20A.
What is the recommended temperature range for using the VigorPool power station?
A: The operating temperature of the VigorPool power station is 0-45°C (32-104°F), and the store temperature is -10-45°C (14-113°F).
What types of batteries does VigorPool use?
A: We use lithium iron phosphate battery technology. It is safer and has a long lifespan.
Is the VigorPool equipped with an MPPT controller?
A: All VigorPool models have an MPPT controller.
I have a specific question about a product. Where do I find this information?
A: We have a Q & A section on each product page. Go to the product in question, and most likely, your answer will be found there. If not, contact us via social media, email, or phone support.
What type of cable can be used to connect a solar panel to the VigorPool power station?
A: Anderson interface.
Is the solar panel water-resistant?
A: All of the VigorPool products are not waterproof. Even the IP65 waterproof of the solar panel is not recommended in the rain because water can damage the connection ports. To elongate the panel’s lifespan, please ensure it is far away from any water source.
I did not find the answer to my question. How can I reach you?
A: Please feel free to email us at support@vigorpool.com or message us via social media during business hours.
Do you have a dealer program? I would like to sell your products.
A: Yes, we do! For more information, contact us at support@vigorpool.com.
What is VigorPool’s power station lifespan?
A: After 2500 cycles of use, all VigorPool power stations’ capacity will drop to 80%. Of course, it also depends on how they are used, maintained, etc.
